IMPORTANT NOTICE: Short print runs **USUALLY** print and ship within 10-15 business days. However, there are delays around Christmas.

THIS FORM MAY ONLY BE USED FOR 10 OR MORE COPIES GOING TO ONE LOCATION. To order less than 10 copies, please use your book's page on the Booklocker.com website. These orders must be manually processed. Therefore, a handling fee is added to the shipping charges for these orders. It is cheaper to order books on this form for large quantities, but more expensive for lower quantities.

If you are ordering these books for an event or book signing, please allow at least five weeks to avoid stress and expensive rush fees. Please allow a bit more time during the holidays!!

Shipping/handling charges - For UPS Ground, if you're located in the lower 48 states, estimate around $8 for the first book and an additional 75 cents for each additional book for an average 150-page paperback. If you live on the west coast (i.e. California/Washington State), estimate more. Shipping to the West Coast is always more due to fuel costs and other fees.

WARNING: UPS Next Day Air is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE (can be upwards of $200 or more for just 25 books). UPS 2nd Day Air is also expensive but quite not as bad as Next Day Air.

We're sorry but the printer is not set up to allow pick-ups. Their system is automated and packages are loaded onto pallets, and then loaded into waiting USPS and UPS trucks.

SPECIAL DEAL FOR AUTHORS OF MULTIPLE TITLES
Yes, you can mix/match your order and still receive the quantity discount, PROVIDED THEY ARE BEING SHIPPED TO ONE ADDRESS. For example, if you order 25 copies of Book A and 25 copies of Book B, you will be charged the 50+ quantity discount price for all the books in your order. **TO GET THIS SPECIAL, TELL US EXACTLY HOW MANY COPIES YOU WANT OF EACH TITLE USING THE COMMENTS BOX BELOW. DO NOT COMPLETE THE ORDER FORM MORE THAN ONE TIME.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS
You can order as many copies of your title(s) as you want, and even combine different titles into one shipment per the paragraph above. However, split shipments aren't eligible for additional quantity discounts. For example, 25 copies of a title going to one location, and 25 copies of the same title going to another location will only be eligible for the 25 to 49-copy quantity discount. It will not be eligible for the 50 to 99-copy discount.

SPECIALS/SALES CAN'T BE COMBINED
We can only offer one special per order. If your order qualifies for a special/sale, we will make sure you get the one that will reduce the cost of your order the most.

These orders usually ship within 10 to 15 business days, depending on the printer's backlog. Delays around the holidays should be expected.

RUSH OPTION DETAILS - (add 25% to cost of books - usually prints in 1-3 business days)
A rush order is flagged as a top priority by our printer and will be fulfilled faster than other orders of the same book type. Rush orders usually print within 1-3 business days. A 25% rush order premium will be charged. The cost is 25% of the cost of the books only (not including shipping). (Add an additional 3 days for hardcover books.) BookLocker nor the printer can offer guaranteed delivery of any order by a particular date. Service level times are estimates. Service level varies based on item type and facility volume. Expect delays on all service levels as Christmas approaches.

REGULAR SERVICE DETAILS
Non-rush and non-expedited orders are usually shipped out in 5-10 business days, depending on the book type and the printer's backlog. Please expect delays in the weeks leading up to Christmas, and plan accordingly to avoid excess printing fees and shipping costs.

Book Order Cancellations or Changes
We can't accept cancellations or changes on book orders. Please ensure your order is correct before submitting. The printer's system is automated and they can't accept any changes, including address, quantity, etc., once an order has been submitted.
IMPORTANT: Check your entire order immediately upon arrival. If there are any flawed copies, contact us immediately. The printer will only replace flawed copies if the request is received within 15 days of delivery.
