1.) Order copies of your book at your author discount
Note: Use this form only if you plan to order 10 or more copies going to a single location. Otherwise, use the Booklocker.com site. If you are ordering individual copies for other people (i.e. reviewers), still use the Booklocker.com site. but select the "gift order" option when you check out. You'll be prompted with a form to supply where you want the book sent.
